Exchange Policy

The Exchange policy of PAIO is formulated keeping our beloved customers in mind and is subject to the terms and conditions detailed below-

  • An exchange request can be sent within 10 days from the delivery of the order.
  • Products purchased from the SALE section or which are on sale will not be eligible for exchanges.
  • You may exchange your order for an alternate product or opt for store credit issued in your PAIO account. We do not accept refunds. 
  • All items along with the shoe box, shoe bag & any gift received with your order MUST be returned at the time of exchange, without which your exchange may be rejected.
  • To ensure a perfect fit, we request you to check your size against our size chart.

 

Steps to Exchange -

Our customer support team will respond within 24-48 working hours, with the next steps.

 

Once your request is approved, you may ship the product back to us, alternately we can arrange a pick up with a shipping charge of Rs 150, which can be paid online or via COD at the time of receiving the new product.

For store credit, the amount will be added to your PAIO account within 24hrs of receiving the product. The entire order amount will be returned to you (minus shipping charges). This credit will be valid for a period of 1 year for all PAIO designs. No refunds will be made to the original payment source.

For custom orders, we do not provide any refunds or exchanges on custom orders since the materials are sourced in small batches and are made especially for you. In case of a size or design issue, we will do our best to modify your shoes to the same specifications as your original order. If this is not possible due to changes to our product range, and offers, we will notify you and in such a situation provide you with a credit note for your order amount (minus shipping charges).

 

CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE

  • The products must be sent with the original tags and packaging
  • Any product received as used or with any damages will be rejected from the exchange
  • Any accessories, shoe bags, vouchers, or gifts must be returned along with the original invoice
  • For self-drops at our warehouse, a prior appointment must be taken at least 24hrs in advance.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
For all orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations after this time period will not be considered canceled and the amount will not be refunded.
